What are the Rates for Renting an Office at Smart Rooms?

Hourly Rate:

The rate is €18 VAT included (all taxes included) for one hour of rental. If you need more time, you can book in additional 30-minute increments to better fit your schedule!

10-hour Package (valid for 3 months):

Choose our 10-hour package for €160 VAT included, which is €16 VAT included per hour. You have 3 months to use these 10 hours, a practical and advantageous option for managing your consultations with more flexibility!

Fixed Rental:

For long-term stability, renting an office for 4 hours per week, or a fixed half-day, is €125 VAT included per month. This rate is valid for a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you need more time, no problem, we can adjust the rental duration and the rate will be calculated proportionally.

Our offices are accessible 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 10 PM, so you can work at
your own pace, according to your availability. Thanks to our online booking system, you can easily choose and reserve the time slot that suits you, without stress and with complete
simplicity.

Our offices are fully designed to offer you all the necessary comfort. Each
space is equipped with a massage table, comfortable chairs, a small desk, a
clock, and soft blankets, to bring a warm and cozy touch to your sessions.
You have everything you need to welcome your patients in the best conditions!

Yes, our offices at Smart Rooms are designed to accommodate all therapists in the
wellness sector, whether you practice physical treatments (such as massages or energy
healing) or more mental practices (such as coaching, psychotherapy, behavioral
therapies, etc.).

Yes, you can absolutely book at the last minute thanks to our online reservation
system, depending on the availability of the offices. However, to guarantee an ideal time slot, especially if you have regular hours or periods of high demand, we advise you to plan ahead. This will ensure peace of mind and allow you to work in the best conditions.

Of course! We know that unexpected events sometimes happen. You can easily cancel
or modify your reservation directly in the online calendar, at no cost. We just ask you to do it at least 72 hours in advance, to allow other therapists to take advantage of the time slot. This helps us keep the spaces accessible and fluid for everyone.

Absolutely! Our offices are flexible and can be booked by the hour according to your needs.
The minimum duration is one hour, and then you can add 30-minute increments as you wish. Whether it’s for a longer consultation or a continuous session, you have the freedom to book the time you need, between 8 AM and 10 PM, every day of the week. Simply check the online calendar and make your reservation according to the available slots.

  1. Registration: First, you need to go to the registration page and fill out a short form. Once registered, you will have access to all our services, including office
    booking.
  2. Access to the calendar: After your registration, you will be able to consult our online calendar. It
    is updated in real-time, allowing you to easily see available time slots.
  3. Booking time slots: You can book the time slot that suits you, depending on availability. The minimum booking is one hour, and the calendar is organized in 30-minute increments. If you need more time to prepare or
    tidy up the space, no problem! You can book longer time slots (for example, 1.5 hours for a one-hour session). This allows you to plan extra time
    to set up or finish comfortably.
  4. Email confirmation: Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need: the address, time, and instructions to access the office.
  5. After your session: Once your session is over, simply tidy up the space so that the next therapist can also enjoy a pleasant environment.
  6. Accessibility: Our offices are open every day, from 8 AM to 10 PM, offering great flexibility to book at a time that suits you, even if you have a busy schedule!

therapists. After each consultation, it’s important to tidy up the office
to ensure a pleasant environment for the next therapist. This includes:

  • Disinfecting used surfaces and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.).
  • Putting away all accessories used during your session.
  • Protecting the massage table: Don’t forget to bring your own protective covers for the massage table (sheets or blankets) for each session to ensure comfort and hygiene.
  • Preparing the space for the next therapist: ensuring that the office is ready to
    welcome the next person in a warm and clean setting.

Before leaving the space, don’t forget to check the small checklist next to the entrance door to make sure everything is in order. This will allow you to verify important small details, such as turning off the lights, turning off the heating, or not forgetting anything before leaving.
